Beyonce Offers Discounted Tickets for Fans

As if fans needed any more incentive to see Grammy winner Beyonce in concert, the music superstar is now offering lower priced tickets for her August 19 concert at Cleveland’s Quicken Loans arena. Tickets can be purchased for $39.75 to $89.75, or packs of four of the $39.75 tickets at $24.75 per ticket for a total of $99.

Tickets for the nearby Chicago show at the United Center, for example, are selling for between $59.75 and $99.75, with no four-pack option. In addition, fans have to order tickets for the Sunday Cleveland show by Wednesday for a Saturday delivery, but electronic tickets are available the same day through Ticketmaster’s TicketFast option. . .

No word on why the singer was offering Cleveland fans the discount, but Beyonce had recently raised some eyebrows when she contracted with StubHub! to resell tickets for her Boston show. Some speculate the Cleveland deal with Ticketmaster may have been an attempt to mend relations for future sales between Beyonce and primary ticket giant.
